 Marc Bistricer is a talented squash player from Toronto, Canada. A squash enthusiast since the age of 12, he is an exciting competitor in any tournament he competes in. It was his parents who introduced him to the sport when they enrolled in lessons at a local club. Originally from Toronto, Marc Bistricer graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Professional Kinesiology.


Since 2008, Marc Bistricer has been a top 100-ranked player in the world. At the National Squash Academy Open and Costa Rica Open of Squash in 2014, he made two consecutive quarter-finals. At MAA Invitational, the Canadian finished runner-up (tied for 2nd) and at Ottawa Goodlife Open, he finished second. Since winning his first PSA title in 2018, Marc Bistricer has reached several semi-finals. The Mount Royal University Open title was also won by him in 2020. Two career titles have been held by Marc so far, including one this year!

With his stellar performances in 2018, Marc reached a career-high World No.74, and he would improve on that with some great results in 2019. During his first Platinum level tournament, he reached the last 16, before also achieving the same feat at the United States Open presented by Truist later in the year.

Marc Bistricer ranks among the top 100 squash players in the world. He reached the quarter-finals of two consecutive squash tournaments in 2014 and 2015. In 2017, he won the MAA Invitational and finished runner-up at the Ottawa Goodlife Open. At the moment, Marc Bistricer is ranked 24th in the world for singles after winning two national titles.
